Contract management for telecommunications

What is it?

Contract management

Contract management for telecommunications refers to the central administration of all of a company's telecom contracts — fixed line, mobile and data networks, together with the associated end devices and assets — across the entire lifecycle: from electronic ordering through inventory and logistics to the seamless historisation of every change. At DATANET, this task is handled by the CTO module of the CT Service Platform: it manages all assets and connections — around 10 million fixed-line and mobile contracts as well as the connections and assets of several hundred MPLS networks. We handle orders, changes and cancellations as a complete B2B dialogue procedure, electronically and without media disruptions. Beyond this, we also implement individual requirements that go beyond this standard.
